Wis-D Essence is formulated through a breakthrough achievement in scientific research using the latest Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment concept, producing FV active factors (bio-growth factor)extracted from organic plants to provide nutrients needed to enhance one's IQ and height. Dosage and recommendations: 

Children 2 to 6 : 1 capsule, twice a day.

Children 7 to 12 : 2 capsules, twice a day

Adult : 3 capsules , twice daily.
